Rivergate Business Park ERF 97 – Warehouse Development

This industrial warehouse development forms part of the expanding commercial infrastructure within Rivergate Business Park, supporting modern logistics, storage, and distribution requirements in the greater Cape Town industrial corridor.

The project was delivered as a fully integrated steel solution, covering the complete lifecycle from structural steel design through to detailing, fabrication, installation, and value-added engineering services.
