Baruch Park Industrial Development

This industrial development within the Stikland precinct forms part of a strategically positioned commercial node supporting manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial operations in the northern corridor of Cape Town.

The project was delivered as a complete steel infrastructure package, encompassing structural steel design, detailing, fabrication, installation, and value-added engineering services. The facility was engineered to accommodate flexible industrial usage, allowing for adaptable internal layouts suitable for warehousing, production, or mixed industrial operations.

The structural system was designed with efficiency and scalability in mind, prioritising long-span steel framing to maximise usable internal floor area and reduce internal obstruction. This enables improved workflow efficiency, equipment placement flexibility, and future operational adaptability.

A key focus of the engineering approach was structural optimisation through value-added design refinement, improving material efficiency while maintaining full compliance with structural safety and load performance requirements.
